What are you going to do

Planung und Erstellung sämtlicher Versand- und Exportdokumente, einschließlich der Akkreditivabwicklung für den weltweiten Export
Abstimmung von Verlade- und Versandterminen mit der Produktion und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Aufträgen
Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Koordination der Versandprozesse
Disposition und Organisation der Versandaufträge
Aufbereitung von Rechnungen und relevanten Dokumenten mithilfe von MS Office und SAP
Durchführung der Zollanmeldung über ATLAS
Beratung und Unterstützung der Abteilungen Vertrieb, Einkauf und Logistik in allen zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export/Import
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Zielorientierung sowie Belastbarkeit
