What are you going to do

Behebung von Fertigungsunterbrechungen an Automationsanlagen
Programmierung von Vier-Achs Robotern, sowie Einrichten der Peripherie und Automationsanlagen
Einführung neuer Teile, Optimierung der Prozessparameter
Sicherstellung des Materialflusses in der Fertigung
Bestückung der Automationsanlagen mit Rohmaterialien
Etikettierung und Weiterleitung der gefertigten Artikel zum Versand
Kontrolle von Qualitätsmerkmalen
Fehleranalyse an Automationsanlagen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

gutes technisches Verständnis für vollautomatisierte Prozesse
Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik zur Störungsbeseitigung und Optimierung von Prozessen
Grundkenntnisse in der Bedienung von Spritzgießmaschinen und der Handhabung von Kunststoff-Rohmaterial von Vorteil
Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
