Für unseren erfolgreichen Kunden aus dem Bereich des Sondermaschinenbaus suchen wir aktuell nach einem Lead Embedded Software Architekt (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung eines interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams.

What are you going to do 

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung in der Produktentwickklung von Embedded-Software-Systemen und gestalten anspruchsvolle Produktentwicklungsprojekte von der Architektur bis zur Umsetzung.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Hardware- und Systemingenieuren sowie weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen und treiben sowohl technische Lösungen als auch Entwicklungsstandards aktiv voran

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für Softwarearchitektur, -design und technische Umsetzung in Embedded-Projekten
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Hardware- und Systemteams sowie externen Partnern
  • Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Standards, Toolchains und Infrastruktur
  • Mentoring und fachliche Unterstützung von Junior-Entwicklern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Entwicklungs- und Technologieteams

Essential skills and knowledge

Profil:

  • Abschluss in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C/C++, idealerweise ergänzt durch Python
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded-Systemen, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools entlang des gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen, Design Patterns und agilen Methoden
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in matrixorganisierten Unternehmen
