Sie sind ausgebildeter Konstruktionsmechaniker mit Schwerpunkt Schweißtechnik und möchten in einem innovativen Umfeld im Stahlschiffbau arbeiten? Dann werden Sie Teil der Brunel GmbH und unterstützen unseren Kunden in Kiel bei der fertigungsgerechten Umsetzung von Stahlbauprojekten.

What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Optimierung von Prozessen und Sicherstellung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes.

  • Überprüfung der Qualifikation der Mitarbeitenden und Einsatzplanung der Werker.

  • Vorbereitung und Steuerung der Arbeiten im Schweißbereich.

  • Verantwortung für die Abarbeitung von Schweißaufträgen in Bezug auf Zeit, Kosten und Qualität.

  • Vollständigkeitskontrolle und Überprüfung der Arbeitsergebnisse.

  • Direkter Austausch mit dem Meister sowie Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen auf Shopfloorebene.

  • Leitung der Shopfloorrunden mit den Werkern.

  • Organisation von Weiterbildungen und Prüfungen für Mitarbeitende.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker mit Schwerpunkt Schweißtechnik.

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Stahlschiffbau.

  • Beherrschung von mindestens zwei Schweißverfahren uneingeschränkt.

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung zum Schweißfachmann und erste Führungserfahrung.

  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch, SAP- und CAD-Programmen.

  • Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden.

  • Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Führungswille.
