What are you going to do

Als Klantcontact Medewerker Hypotheken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van contact met klanten die vragen hebben over hun hypotheek. Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt en staat klanten te woord via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je beantwoordt vragen, geeft advies en biedt ondersteuning bij diverse financiële vraagstukken met betrekking tot hypotheken.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je beschikt over een hbo werk- en denkniveau.
Je bent in het bezit van een geldige Wft Basis of bent bereid om deze op korte termijn te behalen.
Je bent commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld.
Je hebt (al enige) werkervaring met klantcontact.
Je bent ambitieus en wil je graag ontwikkelen binnen het hypotheekdomein.
