What are you going to do 

  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung bei der Planung und Abwicklung von Infrastruktur- und Bauprojekten
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Ausschreibungen und Verträgen
  • Vorbereitung und Überwachung von Bestellungen sowie Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Projektunterlagen im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Fachabteilungen und externen Partner:innen
  • Mitwirkung bei Projektnachverfolgung und Berichterstattung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Bezug
  • Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Einkauf oder Controlling von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Systemen und DMS
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
