What are you going to do 

  • Entgegennahme und Prüfung von Kundenanfragen (überwiegend in englischer Sprache)
  • Erstellung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote in SAP nach internen Richtlinien
  • Kalkulation auf Basis von Arbeitsplänen, Lieferantenangeboten und Kostenanalysen
  • Versand von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten in SAP
  • Organisation und Leitung interner sowie externer Projekt-Meetings
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei technischen und kommerziellen Verhandlungen
  • Enger Austausch mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und Produktgruppen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Technisches Verständnis und Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
