What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung der Standorte sowie der operativen und kundennahen Einheiten bei Ausschreibungen und Anforderungsanalysen im WMS‑Kontext
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten rund um Warehouse‑Management‑Systeme
  • Koordination zwischen operativen Key Usern, dem IT‑Plattformbetrieb und externen Softwarepartnern
  • Verantwortung für das Release‑Management: Planung, Prüfung und Einspielung von Software‑Releases auf Test- und Live‑Systemen
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der WMS‑Plattform, inkl. Performance‑ und Verfügbarkeitsoptimierung
  • Befähigung der Key User durch Coaching, Schulungen und operative Unterstützung
  • Erstellung klarer und verständlicher Systemdokumentationen zur Qualitätssicherung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im Warehouse‑ oder Logistik‑IT‑Umfeld
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis logistischer Abläufe, insbesondere im Lagerprozessmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von WMS‑Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse
