What are you going to do 

  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Anwendern in allen IT-Fragestellungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Peripherie und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen im Active Directory
  • Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts und Vor-Ort-Support
  • Pflege von Dokumentationen und Ticketsystemen nach ITIL-Standards
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen und Active Directory
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und PowerShell
  • Erfahrung mit ITSM-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
