What are you going to do 

  • Inbetriebnahme, Test und Integration von Prototypensichtsystemen für Anwendungen an Land, zu Wasser und unter Wasser
  • Planung, Spezifikation, Entwicklung und Durchführung von System-, Software- und Integrationstests
  • Durchführung von Analysen und Auswertungen im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung sowie Dokumentation der Testergebnisse
  • Aktives Fehlermanagement sowie Koordination der Fehlerbehebung mit Fachabteilungen, Entwicklungsteams und Kunden
  • Eigenständige Erweiterung bestehender Testumgebungen und ‑methoden, inklusive Aufbau und Pflege der Hard- und Software‑Testinfrastruktur
  • Entwicklung von Tests mit Hardware‑/Software‑in‑the‑Loop (HiL/SiL)
  • Teilnahme an Sprint‑Meetings sowie enge Abstimmung mit den Entwicklungsteams
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Testkompetenz durch Methodenverbesserung und Automatisierung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium in:

  • Elektrotechnik
  • Informatik
  • Mechatronik
  • oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. entsprechende Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahrung)
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Test, Integration, Systementwicklung oder ähnlichen Tätigkeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS‑Office
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Integrations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
