What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung der Sicherheits‑ und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination (SiGeKo) in Planungs‑ und Ausführungsphase sowie regelmäßiger HSE‑Begehungen inkl. Dokumentation.
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung projektspezifischer HSE‑Anforderungen und Unterstützung des Bauherrn bei Ausschreibungen und Vergaben.
  • Durchführung von HSE‑Ereignisanalysen sowie Erstellung professioneller HSE‑Berichte, Auswertungen und Präsentationen.
  • Leitung oder Mitwirkung bei HAZID‑Studien in Zusammenarbeit mit beauftragten Lieferanten.
  • Key‑User‑Verantwortung für das cloudbasierte HSE‑IT‑System inkl. Dokumentation, Reporting, Statistiken und Dashboard‑Pflege.
  • Ansprechpartner für Objektschutzthemen sowie zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projekt‑ und Linienorganisation des Bauherrn.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Sehr fundierte Erfahrung im HSE‑Management von Großprojekten, idealerweise im Energie‑ oder Infrastrukturbereich.
  • Tiefes Verständnis von HSE‑Prozessen, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und gängigen Standards (z. B. BauStellV, HAZID, Arbeitsschutzmanagement).
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit Bau, Engineering, Projektsteuerung, QS und externen Dienstleistern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen HSE‑Systemen (Dokumentation, Reporting, Statistiken) sowie hohe Affinität zu strukturiertem Arbeiten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Moderationsstärke, um HSE‑Anforderungen überzeugend zu vermitteln.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
