What are you going to do 

  • Entgeltabrechnung mit Präzision
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung
  • bei entsprechender Qualifikation auch Durchführung und Prüfung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen steuerlichen, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Durchführung von operativen und administrativen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des gesamten Employee-Lifecycles unserer Mitarbeitenden
  • Schnittstellen-Koordination
  • Abwicklung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens sowie Korrespondenz mit Ämtern, Krankenkassen, Versicherungen und Behörden



Essential skills and knowledge

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung im Lohn- und Gehaltsbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bayrischen Metall- und Elektrotarifvertrag
  • fundierte aktuelle Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Personalabrechnungssoftware
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
