In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Sicherstellung der Produktionsfähigkeit, indem Sie mit hoher Präzision und technischem Verständnis an anspruchsvollen Schmiedewerkzeugen arbeiten und aktiv zur Qualität sowie Effizienz der Fertigungsprozesse beitragen.

What are you going to do 

  • Sie führen sämtliche für die Produktionsversorgung erforderlichen Schweißarbeiten an Schmiedewerkzeugen durch und übernehmen dabei auch vorbereitende Tätigkeiten wie Demontage, Schweißnahtvorbereitung, Fugenherstellung sowie Vor und Nachwärmprozesse.
  • Im Schwerpunkt wenden Sie das WIG Schweißverfahren sicher und qualitätsbewusst an und gewährleisten reproduzierbare Ergebnisse.
  • Sorgfältig dokumentieren Sie relevante Prozessdaten sowie die ausgeführten Arbeitsschritte und sichern damit Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit.
  • Regelmäßig führen Sie Wartungs und Reinigungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Geräten ihres Aufgabenbereichs durch und tragen so zur dauerhaften Einsatzfähigkeit bei.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen ein und unterstützen kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf mit mindestens zweijähriger Ausbildungsdauer
  • Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung im WIG Schweißverfahren
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
