What are you going to do 

  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes gemäß Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG)

  • Beurteilung von Arbeitsplätzen, Maschinen und Prozessen im Hinblick auf Sicherheit und Ergonomie

  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Ableitung von Schutzmaßnahmen

  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen, Schulungen und Begehungen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Unfallanalyse und Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen

  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitskultur

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Technik, Meister)

  • Anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) nach DGUV Vorschrift 2

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsschutz-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzrecht

  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
