What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung industrieller Inkjet-Drucksysteme mit Schwerpunkt auf Piezo Drop-on-Demand (DoD)-Technologie
  • Umsetzung neuer Technologien und Konzepte in funktionsfähige Prototypen sowie Begleitung der Überführung in die Serienproduktion
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektronik und Software zur ganzheitlichen Systementwicklung
  • Durchführung anwendungstechnischer Machbarkeitsanalysen auf unterschiedlichen Substraten und Materialien
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Waveforms, Druckparametern und Prozessabläufen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Druckqualität
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Tinten-, Material- und Systemtests
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Druckergebnisse hinsichtlich Qualität, Stabilität und Performance
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsergebnisse sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen im Projektumfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Druck- und Medientechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Berfuserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Anwendungstechnik oder im Service industrieller Inkjet-Drucksysteme wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in der Piezo Drop-on-Demand (DoD) Inkjet-Technologie, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit UV-Tinten notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Druckprozessen notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
