What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Kundenentwicklungs‑ und Rahmenverträgen sowie NDAs, Service‑Level‑Agreements und Lizenzverträgen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sowie Identifikation von Vertragsabweichungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Steuerung des Nachtrags‑, Änderungs‑ und Claim‑Managements, inkl. Bewertung von Kosten‑ und Terminwirkungen sowie Dokumentation und Eskalation
  • Fachliche Beratung und Begleitung vertragskaufmännischer Themen sowie Unterstützung bei Angebots‑ und Vertragsfragen
  • Koordination der Schnittstellen zu Finanz‑, Rechts‑, Export‑ und Compliance‑Abteilungen sowie Zusammenarbeit bei Exportkontroll‑ und Sanktionsfragen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien im Hinblick auf Haftung, Compliance und Freigabeprozesse
  • Verhandlung komplexer Verträge mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern und Kunden aus öffentlichem und privatem Umfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Contract Management erforderlich, idealerweise im öffentlichen Auftragsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Preisrecht und Auftragswesen, insbesondere im Umgang mit EVB‑IT wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in technische Zusammenhänge von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
