Introduction

Als Buildings Supervisor übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Industrie- und Gewerbebauprojekte im EPC-Umfeld. Dabei stellen Sie die termingerechte, sichere und qualitativ hochwertige Ausführung aller Bauaktivitäten sicher und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Gewerke und Nachunternehmer. In enger Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Projekterfolg von der Bauausführung bis zur Übergabe bei.

What are you going to do 

  • Überwachung und Koordination aller Hochbaugewerke im industriellen EPC-Projektumfeld
  • Steuerung von Nachunternehmern hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Kontrolle des Baufortschritts sowie Reporting zu Meilensteinen, Abweichungen und Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektspezifikationen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von HSE-Anforderungen sowie Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen
  • Koordination der Schnittstellen zu Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation und Commissioning Teams

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung von Industrie-, Gewerbe- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse deutscher Bauvorschriften, Genehmigungsprozesse und technischer Standards
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Nachunternehmern sowie im Qualitäts- und HSE-Management
  • Technisches Verständnis für Ausbau, Fassaden, HVAC/TGA, Elektrotechnik und Brandschutzsysteme
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise in komplexen EPC-Projekten
