What are you going to do

Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenfunktion bei Infrastrukturmaßnahmen im Stadtgebiet Ulm (sowohl Neubau als auch Instandhaltung)
Koordination der Projekte mit allen Beteiligten und Sicherstellung der
Einhaltung der terminlichen, qualitativen und finanziellen Vorgaben
Wahrnehmung der Bauleitungsfunktion
Serviceorientierte Ansprechperson für Bürgeranliegen im Rahmen öffentlicher Bauprojekte
Fachliche*r Ansprechpartner*in bei Baumaßnahmen privater Akteure im öffentlichen Raum
Je nach Qualifikation können weitere Aufgaben übernommen werden

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Diplom, Bachelor, Master)
Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Großprojekten im Infrastrukturbereich
Nice to have: Erfahrung im Straßen- oder Radwegebau
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
