What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von Steuerungshardware und -software für mechatronische Subsysteme und Produkte (u. a. mit Siemens S7, Step7, TIA Portal)
  • Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen in steuerungstechnische Lösungen
  • Konfiguration und Parametrierung von Feldbussystemen (Profibus, Profinet)
  • Integration und Optimierung elektrischer Antriebstechnik inkl. Frequenzumrichter (Siemens, SEW, Dunkermotoren)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Pflichtenheften sowie Durchführung von Schnittstellentests
  • Emulation und Simulation von Softwarelösungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden - national und international
  • Analyse und Beseitigung von Störungen in ausgelieferten Anlagen
  • Aufbau von HMI- und SCADA-Lösungen inkl. Benutzeroberflächen
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Bedienungsanleitungen
  • Schulung von Bedien- und Wartungspersonal beim Kunden
  • Schnittstellen- und Subsystemoptimierung mit Blick auf Funktion und Effizienz

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Studium der Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder Technikerabschluss im entsprechenden Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit SPS-Systemen, idealerweise Siemens S7 / TIA Portal
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Antriebstechnik und im Feldbusbereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen und technischem Dokumentationswesen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland (ca. 50 %)
