What are you going to do 

  • Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-Utilities-Umfeld
  • Analyse, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie Prozessabweichungen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, externen Dienstleistern und Projektteams
  • Aufnahme, Spezifikation und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Testmanagement und Qualitätssicherung bei Systemanpassungen
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung energiewirtschaftlicher Prozesse

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfahrung als Anforderungsmanager, Business Analyst, Process Consultant, DV-Koordinator oder SAP Utilities Consultant
  • Kenntnisse in SAP IS-U, SAP Utilities oder angrenzenden energiewirtschaftlichen Systemen
  • Erfahrung im Prozess-, Test- oder Projektmanagement
  • Verständnis für energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, Fachbereich und IT zusammenzubringen
