Introduction
Our Tier 1 mining client is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintainer for an inital 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension/temp to perm.
Details:
- Location - Dampier WA, residential role
- Roster - 5/5/4 with a mix of days and nights
- Pay rates - $61-66/hour + super based on previous experience
About this role
Duties
- Completing preventative, corrective and planned/operational maintenance for all the equipments in the fixed plant area, including but not limited to: conveyors, balanced machines, car dumpers and ship loaders.
Is this you?
- Previous fixed plant maintenance experience - motor, gearbox, laser alignment
- Experience working on the following equipment: car dumpers, stackers, reclaimers and ship loaders
- Ability to conduct high quality maintenance inspections
- Previous SAP experience
- A Mechanical Engineering/Fitting/Fabrication Trade Qualification
- Dogging/Rigging experience - highly desirable
- Confined Spaces & Working at Heights
- Manual C Class Licence (HR Desirable)
- Able to work a varied swing with a mix of days and nights
