Administration

Act as the Company Representative on the Contractor's offshore Accommodation Support Vessel (ASV).
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contractor's offshore representative, including during emergencies.
Manage daily reporting and ensure familiarity with project documents, specifications, and procedures.
Address issues impacting project schedule, cost, or HSE performance, proposing mitigation plans.
Oversee invoicing for vessel and hoteling contractors.

Technical Expertise

Monitor vessel operations, including position keeping, helicopter operations, lifting, and cargo handling.
Lead/participate in offshore Constructability, HAZID, audits, risk assessments, and HSE walkdowns.
Coordinate with onshore teams (logistics, travel, catering, cost control, planning).

Safety & Environment

Ensure compliance with Company policies and maintain personnel welfare and asset protection.
Actively participate in safety programs and promote the Ichthys Project HSE Charter.
