O této pozici

  • Define and develop controller system specifications and decompose requirements for individual development teams, including Hardware, Software, Mechanical Engineering, Testing, and Safety.
  • Act as the technical lead for controller development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Drive and oversee end-to-end development activities from concept and prototyping through validation and serial production.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between engineering disciplines to achieve technical, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on system design and development status to stakeholders and customers.
  • Work closely with project engineers, designers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify technical risks, propose mitigation plans, and support issue resolution throughout the development process.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product development methodologies and engineering processes.
  • Work independently while effectively contributing within a multidisciplinary and international team environment.

Požadavky

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Mechatronics, Automation, Control Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role or in software and/or hardware development environments.
  • Proven experience collaborating with development teams and overseeing the end-to-end product development process.
  • Experience with complex technical systems and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and product development processes.
  • Experience with embedded systems, control systems, or industrial controller development.
  • Ability to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software development lifecycles.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies, concepts, and processes.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate regularly with international teams and stakeholders
