Functieomschrijving

  • Design and develop components and assemblies for automotive seating systems using Siemens NX
  • Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings
  • Cooperate closely with manufacturing, process engineering, and quality teams
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding design solutions, manufacturability, and changes
  • Support design releases, modifications, and continuous improvements
  • Ensure designs meet automotive standards, quality, and cost requirements

Vereisten

  • Proven experience as a Designer / CAD Engineer using Siemens NX
  • Hands‑on knowledge of automotive seat manufacturing (structure, mechanisms, plastics, foam, trim - depending on focus)
  • Experience working with suppliers and cross‑functional teams
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialization principles
  • Ability to work independently in a project environment
  • English at a working professional level
  • Experience specifically with seat structures or plastic components
  • Background in automotive Tier 1 / OEM environment
  • Project‑based or interim experience
