You'll coordinate critical updates to engine systems and aftertreatment technologies across hardware, software, and calibration. Functieomschrijving

Drive content readiness You create technical content overviews and collaborate with key stakeholders to validate and finalize release content before it enters production or the field.

Guide release timing and approvals You gather relevant data, provide recommendations, and approve the release of content based on sound analysis.

Manage the release schedule You maintain an organized release calendar across the entire engine and aftertreatment portfolio, aligning updates with project timelines.

You will work in close collaboration with international engineering teams and stakeholders from various departments such as Embedded Engineering, Production Engineering, After Sales, and Compliance. You report to the Engineering Manager of Engine Integration and coordinate daily with other integration groups.

Vereisten

You are a confident communicator and structured coordinator who thrives in a technically complex environment. You enjoy connecting the dots across systems and teams to deliver results with precision and foresight.

In addition, you have:

  • At least a Bachelor's (HBO/WO) degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of engine systems, aftertreatment, and onboard diagnostics.
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international project teams.
