Leitung des Engineering-Workstreams zur Implementierung neuer Voice Services für Geschäftskunden auf einer Voice-Core-Plattform
Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination eines Teams aus Service-Development-Spezialisten
Entwicklung, Testung und fachliche Abnahme neuer Voice-Services
Konzeption und Definition von Serviceprofilen für Geschäftskundenprodukte
Erstellung und Übergabe technischer Anforderungen an OSS-Systeme
Steuerung der Entwicklung von Provisionierungs- und Automatisierungsworkflows
Planung und Umsetzung von Migrationskonzepten zur Überführung bestehender Kunden auf die neue Plattform
Abstimmung mit IT-, OSS-, Interconnection- und Lieferantenbereichen sowie weiteren Projektstakeholdern
Überwachung von Projektfortschritt, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Meilensteinen
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen beteiligten Projektstreams

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Telekommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer technischer Projekte, idealerweise im Telekommunikationsumfeld
Kenntnisse im Bereich Voice Services, Voice Core, SIP, VoIP oder Unified Communications
Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
Verständnis von OSS-/BSS-Systemen sowie Provisionierungs- und Automatisierungsprozessen
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Stakeholder-Management
Eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
