What are you going to do

Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Anfragen sowie Störungen via Telefon, E-Mail und im persönlichen Support vor Ort
Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Endgeräten wie PCs, Laptops, Tablets und Smartphones (insbesondere Apple-Geräte)
Durchführung von Tests neuer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
Administration und Betreuung der Client-Hardware zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung
Grundkenntnisse in der Anwenderbetreuung sowie in der Administration von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2008-2016) und Client-Server-Anwendungen
Praxiskenntnisse in MS Office sowie Exchange/Outlook
G37-Untersuchung für Bildschirmarbeitsplätze
Bereitschaft bzw. Voraussetzung zur Durchführung einer Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung gemäß §12b AtG
