Introduction

What are you going to do 

Roles:

  • Design Lead:Lead and review the design of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and UPS distribution systems from vendors to ensure they comply with contractor specifications.
  • Compliance Analyst:Conduct voltage drop computations and provide cable sizing recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Specialist:Review and prepare contractual documentation, including but not limited to FAT procedures, SAT procedures, method statements, risk assessments, cable schedules, installation requirements, and BOM generation.
  • Technical Issue Resolver:Proactively monitor and resolve all technical issues related to electrical system design, installation, and commissioning, facilitating communication between the vendor and client.
  • Installation Coordinator:Work closely and proactively with the installation contractor, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of the system.
  • Interface Coordinator:Actively review interface requirements between other project packages to ensure smooth coordination among various project team members.
  • Site Support:Provide support during installation and commissioning work as required, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables and suggesting solutions for any issues that arise.
  • Ensure Compliance:Ensure that all project deliverables meet contractual requirements, and recommend solutions and paths forward for any challenges encountered.
  • Regulatory Adherence:Maintain familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory requirements for electrical system installations and ensure all work adheres to these standards.
  • LEW License:Candidates with an LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) license will have an added advantage.
  • Travel:Occasional travel to vendor offices will be required as part of the role.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
