Introduction

A Contract Administrator is responsible for maintaining contract documentation, monitoring contract compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all contractual activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and project requirements.

What are you going to do 

  • Administer and maintain contract documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, review, and process contract-related documentation.
  • Monitor contract terms, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients on contractual matters.
  • Track contract amendments, variations, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate contract databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare contract reports and provide administrative support to the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Support invoice verification, payment documentation, and contract close-out activities.
  • Perform other contract administration duties as assigned.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in contract administration or project administration.
  • Experience in mining, construction, oil & gas, or EPC projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract administration processes and document control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Willing to be based in Papua and work in accordance with project/site requirements.
