What are you going to do

Bauleitung und Koordination von TGA-/HKL-Projekten auf der Baustelle
Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Planern, Nachunternehmern und Gewerken
Kontrolle der Ausführung gemäß Planung, Normen und Vorschriften
Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

Technische Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich TGA, Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung TGA/HKL von Vorteil
Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (VOB, HOAI, DIN)
Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
