Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Tiefbauprojekten im Bereich Kabel- und Trassenbau
Überwachung und Steuerung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
Koordination der Nachunternehmer sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Versorgern
Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Baustellenberichten und Dokumentationen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Praxiserfahrung, z. B. durch Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika, bzw. Berufserfahrung im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft oder Tiefbau
Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und einschlägigen Normen; Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden von Vorteil
Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Kenntnisse in CAD- oder Abrechnungssoftware
