Introduction

As an Event Planner, you ensure that every event in the Benelux pharmaceutical market runs flawlessly - from preparation to evaluation. You are the link between business teams, external partners, and compliance frameworks. What are you going to do 

  • Coordinate end-to-end event processes involving Transfer of Value.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget - and provide feedback at each phase.
  • Identify and implement innovative improvements, efficiencies, and enhancements in event processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with and apply all relevant rules and regulations (HCBI, CGR, EFPIA, Disclosure, Tax/VAT).
  • Maintain knowledge of all applicable internal processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Act as HCC gatekeeper for the Event Process Office towards Benelux stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external parties, including AMEX, CGR, HCPs, HCOs, and patient organizations, on event-related topics.

You can manage multiple priorities, work both independently and in collaboration with others, and communicate clearly and effectively. You're able to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts constructively, and adapt quickly to change.

In addition, you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards within the Benelux pharmaceutical market.
  • Knowledge of internal policies and frameworks.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
